Almostasthma is the moniker of Singapore-based illustrator/ visual artist, Toh Bee Suan. She is a seasoned Head of Creative, and has over 9 years of experience as digital designer. Bee is multi disciplinary, obsessed with learning and has taken on numerous collaborative creative positions. She works mainly in digital medium to create quirky artworks.

Bee graduated from LASALLE BA with (Hons) Fine Art. She has been featured locally and internationally, such as Singapore Art Week 2023, 2021, 2019, Singapore Art Book Fair 2024, Singapore Illustration Fair 2024, 2023, 2018, Kuala Lumpar Illustration Fair 2024, and Taipei Art Book Fair 2019. When not drawing, she also finds herself experimenting with social media AR filters, 3D modelling, and tattoo commissions.
